Woodcut, 1952, ed. unknown , F./O.180, 59-1/4 x 30-1/2, signed & titled in pencil, on cream wove mulberry japan paper with large margins, tack holes to corners esp. top well outside image. Numerous handling creases and soft rolling folds, barely discernable repaired tear at left center edge well outside image, and pale penciled matting line around the outer edge of the margins. Despite the marginal flaws, An iconic image, perhaps Baskin's most famous, and a major American woodcut of the 20th century in a richly inked impression with full margins.
