"Two Dogs, Ball & Butterfly" by Clara Tice, Amer., (1888-1973)

Etching printed in color, ca. 1920's-30's, ed. unknown, 6-7/16 x 8-1/4, signed in pencil, on cream textured wove paper. Tice was an artist well known for her erotic and provocative book illustrations, as well as her association with Marcel Duchamp and other members of the New York Dadaists and avant garde. This is a charming work by the artist.
