"The Room Extended" by Virginia O'Byrne, Amer., (20th. Cent.)

Etching & Aquatint, ca. 1950-60's, Ed. of 4, 7 x 12-15/16, signed,  titled, and numbered in pencil, on thin cream wove paper, lightest trace of a mat line, some glue residue at top margin edge, a small virtually undetectable professionally repaired break at lower left image edge. Many years ago now I saw a similarly cubist painting online by this artist, about whom an internet search now reveals nothing.  I've enjoyed this print for many years; the boldness and telescopic complexity of which is affirmed by it's intriguing title. The tiny edition assures it will remain rare, but if anyone recognizes the artist or this print, I'd love to learn more about her life and work.
